Important Change at our Practice.
From October 1st 2025, our fees will increase slightly, and our bulk billing hours for concession card holders and children under 16 years of age will be as usual on Monday to Friday; however, only between 8am and 3:50pm. This means that fees will apply to all appointments starting from 4pm for all patients.
We are a mixed billing practice and require payment for all appointments on the day of the consultation. Nursing consumables, telephone consultations, all walk-in appointments, any after-hours, weekends and public holiday appointments remain privately billed for all patients including children under 16 and concession card holders and fees will apply.
It is recommended that you book the appropriate appointment type for your needs to ensure timely and accessible care for all patients . If you have any questions or need further clarification about the new billing policy, please feel free to contact our reception team.Thank you for your understanding, and we look forward to continuing to provide you with high-quality care.
